Free Windows Vista support, compatibility assistance, and one-on-one coaching from Microsoft

Just announced this morning at Worldwide Partner Conference – the Windows Vista Small Business Assurance offer! What is the Windows Vista Small Business Assurance offer? Here it is: Small Businesses purchasing new PCs with Windows Vista Business or Windows Vista Ultimate between July 1, 2008 and September 30, 2008 can now receive free support, compatibility assistance, and one-on-one coaching from Microsoft to help them get the most out of their PCs.

So how much does this support, compatibility assistance, and one-on-one coaching from Microsoft cost through this promotion? (Yes, that is a rhetorical question to see if you were really paying attention above) As mentioned above, it is FREE!

What’s the timeframe on this offer? The new PCs with Windows Vista Business or Ultimate need to be purchased between July 1, 2008 and September 30, 2008. The free support will continue until October 31, 2008 for those qualifying purchases.

What size company is eligible? As mentioned above, it is an offer for small businesses. Organizations with fewer than 50 employees or 25 PCs are considered small businesses by Microsoft. Windows Vista Small Business Assurance is available to all customers who fit this description.

You can point your customers to more information on this offer at the Windows Vista Small Business Assurance site.

Thank you and have a wonderful day,
