Small Business Summit player testing starts today for SBSC Partners

Hopefully by now, all of the SBSC Partners who are subscribed to the Blog or who follow it have read my “How SBSC Partners can host the Microsoft Small Business Summit on their websites” post where I directed you to the document that contained the instructions on how to host the Small Business Summit on your website. If you did download and read this document, you may have noticed a section on page 5 that states:

Testing:

Throughout the week of March 17th, we will be testing the video players. If you would like to see how the Summit video player will look on your site before the Summit goes live, it is recommended that you implement the video player code on a hidden test page. Before March 17th, the player will not display. Once the testing starts on March 17th, the player will be retrieved and you will be able to view the Summit video player. You can use this time to test and make sure the player does not interfere with any other elements on the page.

For all of you planning to host the Summit on your sites, testing begins this morning around 8:30 am PST, so be sure to get your test pages up and running to see how it will work on your site throughout the week.

Thank you and have a wonderful day,
