It’s official: Microsoft proposes acquisition of Yahoo!

Here’s some late-breaking news for all of you around a topic of debate for quite some time. There has been talk and speculation around, “Will they or won’t they?” when it comes to an acquisition of Yahoo! by Microsoft.
