Many of you may recall the Premiere of the very first Microsoft Small Business Show that took place on November 14th. The feedback and comments after the show were fantastic and many asked if we were going to do another one and when it would be. Well, I’m happy to announce that the second Microsoft Small Business Show is taking place next week, January 24th at 11:00 am PST!
Once again, the team put together a great lineup of guests for the show:
Mark and Michael Klebeck – “Dollars for Doughnuts” – Brothers Mark and Michael Klebeck began selling doughnuts out of a small Seattle storefront in 2002. Today their tasty creations are sold in Starbucks stores across the country. See how a great product and some good luck can propel a local small business into a national market.
Elise Vincentini – “Doggie-Preneur” – This passionate pooch-business owner is making big bucks by pampering pets. But you’ll see that it took a lot more than kibble to get this business off the ground.
Michele Hoskins – “Sweet Success” – You might start digging through that old trunk in your attic after seeing how this divorced mother turned her great, great grandmother’s syrup recipe into a multi-million dollar business. This is an inspiring story of perseverance and persistence.
David Giuliani – “Skin Care King” – Learn how this brilliant inventor is cleaning up with his Clarisonic face cleansing device. Oprah uses it daily and put it on her list of favorite things–how’s that for an endorsement!
Dave Dederer – “The Business of Rock” – We go behind the scenes for the small business-side of rock with the guitarist of the Grammy nominated band ‘The Presidents of the United States of America.’ Dave Dederer has a head for business as well as music. Learn how he managed the band’s business and how he’s now pioneering music in the mobile, online, and digital world.
Be sure to tune in online and join us for what we think will be another great edition of The Microsoft Small Business Show!
Thank you and have a wonderful day,
