New resource announced for SBSC Partners with TPAM questions or feedback

For those of you on the, “Partners, get answers to your TPAM & Microsoft/Comcast announcement questions live Friday, December 7th” call this morning, you just heard Tim Schmidt announce that a new feedback channel has been established for the SBSC Partners here in the US that have questions or feedback regarding their SBSC TPAM resource. Here are a couple examples of when you would utilize this resource as an SBSC Partner:

  • If you have not been contacted by your SBSC TPAM resource
  • If you have feedback related to the quality of your resource
  • If you don’t know who your SBSC TPAM is

Please note, this resource is for SBSC Partners only. If you focus on serving the needs of Small Businesses and you are not a part of the Microsoft Small Business Specialist yet, you really should look into becoming a Microsoft Small Business Specialist.
