Earlier this year we announced the launch of the new version of the Microsoft Business and Technology Assessment Toolkit. Since then we have been hearing great feedback from Partners regarding the Toolkit and how they are using it to drive their businesses; however, today I received a question from a Partner asking, “I’m having some trouble getting info out of the toolkit. Where do I go for help with Toolkit issues?” Based on this, I thought I would post the answer here for all Partners in case any of you ever need assistance with something in the Toolkit.
“For questions regarding installation or use of the Microsoft Business and Technology Assessment Toolkit, please first check the toolkit FAQ on the Microsoft Partner Program website. If you need further assistance, you can send an email message to: email@example.com. We will respond to your inquiries within 48 hours.
Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (excluding Major North American holidays)”
