Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manger Availability for Volume License Customers
The following explains how Volume Licensing customers who have purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 or Office Enterprise 2007 can receive Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager.
Background
Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manger is primarily offered in the small business oriented Office Small Business 2007, Office Professional 2007 and Office Ultimate 2007 suites. A number of Microsoft Volume Licensing customers have adopted past versions of Office Outlook with Business Contact Manager. For this reason, Microsoft will offer customers who have purchased Office Professional Plus 2007 and Office Enterprise 2007 the ability to download Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manger through the eOpen and MVLS sites.
Our Approach
Office Professional Plus 2007 and Office Enterprise 2007 customers who purchase through any VL channel have rights to Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. This additional right is called out specifically in the Products Guide. The suites comparison page on Office Online explains how these customers can obtain Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. We do not, however, actively market this additional right in any literature or on any website. Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager is designed expressly for small business and may lack the scalability, workflow or user-level access control capabilities most mid-sized and large customers require.

No additional product keys are required to install Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager once Office Outlook 2007 is installed. Microsoft does not offer physical media to customers or partners.
Microsoft will continue to monitor VL customer demand and work with the eOpen and MVLS teams to ensure the process is as clear as possible.
Note: Because Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager was not designed for adoption by larger SA and EA customers, the Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manger download has not been added to the Office Professional Plus 2007 and Office Enterprise 2007 download pages.
