So how long after my Open Value Agreement expires do I have to renew my Software Assurance?

Open Value

Renewing Coverage under the Same Agreement

Software Assurance coverage ordered under an Open Value agreement will end upon expiration (or termination) of that agreement. Customers will receive written notice of their renewal options 60 days prior to expiration of the agreement. Customers may have the option to renew their agreement for successive 36 full calendar months. To renew Software Assurance coverage, customers must submit a renewal order for Software Assurance within 30 days after the previous term expires.

Where would you find this information?  It is located both in the Open Value Agreement itself as well as on Page 27 of the current Microsoft Product List which you can download on the Microsoft Licensing website.

Thank you and have a wonderful day,
