Renewing Coverage under the Same Agreement

Software Assurance coverage ordered under an Open Value agreement will end upon expiration (or termination) of that agreement. Customers will receive written notice of their renewal options 60 days prior to expiration of the agreement. Customers may have the option to renew their agreement for successive 36 full calendar months. To renew Software Assurance coverage, customers must submit a renewal order for Software Assurance within 30 days after the previous term expires.
