Convergys and Microsoft: Better Together

We have written in the past about the work we are doing with Convergys in Caring for Customers: A “Mashable Ecosystem” Model for Utilities and Driving Customer Success in the Smart Grid Era: Why the Time is Now for CRM. These blogs point to the unique features of Convergys CRM powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM and how it can enhance the ability of communications service providers and utilities companies to contend in a highly competitive and constantly evolving marketplace.

But one of the most important attributes from a strategic perspective is the partnership that we have with Convergys. Last week Convergys and Microsoft held a CRM Webinar titled “Better Together” which discusses our joint investments and work. The Webinar features Stephen Randall, Director of Product Marketing and Jin Suk, Lead Product Architect of Convergys Corporation as well as Girish Raja who is the Technical Product Manager for Dynamics CRM at Microsoft.
