News just in, Microsoft has released DREAM SPARK, a student program designed to offer 'Professional-grade software developer and designer tools' to all students at no charge (https://www.microsoft.com/Presspass/press/2008/feb08/02-18GSDPR.mspx). This is a huge initiative by Microsoft in providing the student community with the best software and developer tools to assist in technical growth and to further help address the I.T skills shortage in Australia.
