Enabling swift, real-time coordination for e-governance

Kaizala also forms an effective tool for e-governance. In India, it was an integral part of Krishna Pushkaram 2016 in Andhra Pradesh. The mammoth event is held once every twelve years; it involved about 20 million people converging for pilgrimage in a short span of 12 days. 220 multi-disciplinary teams collaborated on Kaizala to delegate and track tasks, pre-emptively manage incidents and share feedback to make the 12-day-long festival a success.

More and more organizations are adopting Kaizala to improve operational efficiency and increase productivity. The Government of Andhra Pradesh, the NITI Ayog, Society of Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), Election commission- Government of Uttar Pradesh, Educational Institutes – Dayalbagh are some of the organizations using Kaizala for swift coordination. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Shri Chandrababu Naidu, intends to deploy this app for e-governance across the state. Andhra Pradesh could be the first state to officially adopt the app for managing daily governance activities, paving the way for real-time governance.
