If I try registering, it says,

    "Oops!

THIS ACCOUNT TYPE DOES NOT ALLOW CREATION OF A DREAMSPARK OFFER. PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT.

We could not find offer ‘ms-azr-0144P’."

I am using the same account to login that I use for all other Dreamspark products that I have used (ex: VS2013).

I got error message "We could not find offer ‘ms-azr-0144P’." when trying to sign up this offer. I contacted with Windows Azure Subscription Management Support and they told me that my Azure account was created under old Azure architecture. It will take up to one week to upgrade my account to new Azure architecture. Hopefully it will work.
