“Windows Server Xbox contest” Terms & Conditions

CONTEST SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by Microsoft Gulf FZ LLC.

ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to any resident within the UAE following only

The (“Participants”) only who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding:

a) All employees of Microsoft Corporation or employees of a Microsoft subsidiary;

b) Individuals involved in any part in the administration and execution of this Competition;

c) Immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a Microsoft employee, an employee of a Microsoft subsidiary, or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest.

d) The Contest is void outside the geographic area identified above and wherever else prohibited by law.

e) All government officials and employees of government associations

f) Microsoft reserves the right to disqualify any participant that does not adhere to the Terms and Conditions and/or sending inappropriate images.

 

TO ENTER:

1. Each Participant must download a trial of Windows server 2012 from https://aka.ms/DownloadWStrial

2. Take a snapshot of the Windows Server trial and tweet on Twitter using the hashtag #WSXbox

3. Once you tweet the Windows Server trial snap shot, fill up the registration form to be eligible for the draw : https://aka.ms/WSxboxreg

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

One winner will be selected randomly every week for an Xbox. https://www.randomizer.org/.

In total, 4 winners will be selected in one month

 

PRIZES:

Each winner will be given an Xbox

 

TIMING:

This contest runs from 12.01:00 am GMT +4 June 3rd until 11.59:59 a.m. GMT +4 July 2nd 2013 (inclusive) (the “Contest Period”).

The Prizes are not transferable. Microsoft Gulf reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for other prizes of equal or greater value. All Prizes will be immediately communicated to the winners via email.

· Prize cannot be exchanged for cash

· Microsoft Gulf will not be viable for any corrupted prize once the prize has been given to the winner.

· Microsoft Gulf will contact the winner via email and the winner will have to collect the prize as stated by Microsoft Gulf in the email.

 

OTHER:

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this Contest or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Microsoft Gulf‘s decision shall be final. Microsoft Gulf reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

Microsoft Gulf cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this campaign agree that Microsoft Gulf will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this contest. Nothing in this clause shall limit Microsoft Gulf‘s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
