Windows Phone 7 is coming soon and we cannot wait!  Now is the time to start developing and the best part is that you do not have to be a developer to develop applications for Windows Phone 7! 

Microsoft has just released the final Beta of the Windows Phone Developer Tools and some other exciting resources to help you out.  Check the out the fun and easy-to-use tools here, and make sure to also download the Windows Phone Developer Training Kit.
