Current issues with access to MSDN and TechNet Subscriber Downloads

 

We are aware that some Subscribers have recently become unable to access Subscriber Downloads, receiving Error Code 11008 when attempting to gain access.

 

During recent system maintenance, changes were made that have created issues with access from some Subscribers’ systems. It is not an option to roll back these changes, so work is now underway to evaluate possible solutions.

Several Subscribers facing this issue have posted suggestions on this blog and on other forums and blogs, and we recommend you try the following:

 

1. Delete cookies and browser cache

2. Try accessing Subscriber Downloads from an alternate location and/or an alternate computer
