11008 Errors - a status update

There is an increase in activity going on to identify and resolve the conditions that are resulting in the 11008 errors that some MSDN and TechNet Subscribers are experiiencing when attempting to access Subscriber Downloads. Several dev teams are working together and there is some new traction. There are also some working theories about possible fixes, which are being evaluated for implementation. It is unclear whether they address all the causes, so analysis continues.
