Of course, it's an even greater honor to win. ;) MSDN Magazine has been honored with three awards from the Society of Technical Communication.  We were recognized with a best of show/distinguished award in the reference material category for the MSDN Magazine Web site. MSDN Magazine also received an award of excellence and an award of merit.  More details are available in the CMP press release.
