Technical Trainee (f/m)

The Microsoft Academy for University Hires (MACH) is a two year program designed to take passionate graduates and postgraduates and give them the skills they need to embark on a rewarding Microsoft career.
Over the course of the program we´ll provide you with the theoretical and practical skills you need to complement your academic achievements. Working closely with existing Microsoft employees, you will build up a strong network of contacts with your fellow participants. And supported by an experienced mentor, you will also develop your technical skills, working in the Austrian subsidiary. This will prepare you for a successful technical career with Microsoft.
