As part of the excitement around the release of Microsoft SharePoint 2013, I was in Redmond last week to attend the SharePoint 2013 Ignite Developer training. While there, I was lucky enough to learn about the new development concepts for SharePoint 2013 from none other than Kirk Evans!

I asked Kirk to talk about the exciting work he has been doing around the world, new custom development opportunities, and the SharePoint 2013 Developer training. Here is what Kirk had to say:
