HELP! Microsoft CRM 3.0 Online Help Update 2

Kind of late but here is the update for the helpfiles being used for Microsoft CRM 3.0 Prof or SBS
It are the same files, because technically both versions dont differ frome achother, except for licensing issues.

After you have downloaded and extracted the file follow these instructions to update the server aswell as the Clients running Microsoft CRM 3.0

Copy the help files and table of contents to the Microsoft CRM server

  1. Identify the location of the Microsoft CRM 3.0 virtual root on your Microsoft CRM server.
    1. In Internet Information Services Manager, expand the computer name, and expand Web Sites.
    2. Right-click Microsoft CRM v3.0, and then click Properties.
    3. Click the Home Directory tab.
    4. Identify the path shown in the Local path box.
  2. Copy the help files and the table of contents file to the server.
    1. In Windows Explorer, browse to the Help\PRO\content folder underneath the path you identified in step 1.
    2. Copy all the files from the HelpFiles folder to the Help\PRO\content folder.
    3. Copy the help_TOC.xml files from the TableOfContents folder to the Help\PRO folder.
    4. Microsoft CRM SBS owners do the same but use the folder SBE instead of Pro 

Copy the help files and table of contents to a computer running Microsoft CRM laptop client for Outlook

  1. Identify the installation location for the Microsoft CRM laptop client for Outlook. By default, this is C:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM\client.
  2. Copy the files from the HelpFiles folder to the res\web\help\PRO\content folder underneath the path you identified in step 1.
  3. Copy the help_TOC.xml file from the TableOfContents folder to the Help\PRO folder.
  4. Microsoft CRM SBS owners do the same but use the folder SBE instead of Pro
