Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 Application Compatibility

With regards to the recent release of Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) Beta2 and the questions received, the official position of the Dynamics CRM Product Team is as follows: Do not install IE8 on any machine used to access any version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The final build of Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 fixed most of the issues we found. However, there are a couple of issues that we are working on with beta 2. The Line of Business (LOB) application teams are currently working on the issues and the compatibility status for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 with Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 is as stated above. Await futher notice.
