SOAP Toolkit Support Extended

In case you missed the news, Microsoft SOAP Toolkit support has been extended past the originally posted July 1, 2004 date.

Full support will end in April 2005 and extended support will last until April 2008 which coincides with the support of Visual Basic 6.0.
