New Editor's Note

I should mention that I have created a new Editor's Notes page on the MSDN Web Services Developer Center.  This pseudo blog thing (sorry, no RSS feed yet but I'm hoping that will eventually change) will be regularly updated and will have relevant news about the site and web services at Microsoft.

So why am I doing this blog and what is the difference between the two?

I consider the editor's note more of a Microsoft entity where this blog will probably have more of my personal opinions.  I will link from here to the Editor's Note a fair amount.
