Quite a good feature although I am a bit disappointed that the split code/design feature will only be in VS2007.  That is the one thing that my Dreamweaver colleagues "look down" at on VS2005.

What a waste of someones valuable time to come up with this dross. I’m sure Dreamweaver 8 has 101 features which VS 2005 doesn’t have. In fact it can probably be generalised to X has Y features Z application doesn’t have.

How can one compare the two when one has "copied" (or at least has gotten an idea of how to implement a different flavor of) the other one’s features?

DW’s programmers and architects, in my opinion, are a notch better than Microsoft’s. And they have better programming tools (as you can see in the quality of their product’s GUI).
