I'm in the Outback!
Well I've made it to Australia. I was a little worried when my flight was delayed for four hours. From a non-technology perspective I got to meet Matt Damon who was on the same flight as I. He is here for the premier of the Bourne Ultimatum movie. We chatted for a few minutes and seems like a down to earth guy.
If your in Australia and in Financial Services there are two extra events that you'll be interested in. Additionally, I will be presenting one more session at TechEd as well.
The first session is on Monday the 6th at the MS Offices where I will be presenting on Worldwide Insurance Trends and how Microsoft addresses them. We will talk about how standards bodies such as ACORD fit into our strategy.
The second session is align with standards as well. L.I.X.I. is a lending standard in Australia. I will be talking at their external event on Tuesday the 7th.
