I always dread trying to download videos over my lousy broadband connection but this year, Ben mentioned he’d used a tool to manage his downloads. I thought I’d give it a try…

Select your preferred sessions and formats and the app creates a batch file that, in conjunction with wget provides a robust mechanism to batch download the videos.

I created my download list last night and lo and behold there they all were waiting for me this morning. Magic.
