And another thing! Premium Bonds


Seeing as I'm on a ranting roll, why is it that if you're lucky enough to win more than one prize in the same month on the premium bonds, not only do they write you one cheque per prize, they also send them in separate envelopes all stuffed with the same junk (as well as your cheque).

As if the rate of return wasn't low enough they're also throwing away potential investment returns in postage and envelopes. But what really irks me is the environmental cost. I don't need any more of those flyers and I don't need more than one cheque.

Is there some good reason for this? At least they don't tax me on it...

I have sent them a complaint via their feedback mechanism. I'm curious to hear what they have to say.
