Vista & Office UK Developer Launch Event
I alluded to some launch activities a while back when Office & Vista RTM'd and it's now time to announce what we're doing and open the registration. We're holding a combined Vista and Office developer launch over 2 days in January (19th / 20th). Day 1 is the usual format of presentation sessions (2 tracks - Vista / Office) with the added bonus of Sanjay Parthasarathy delivering the keynote (Sanjay is the vice president of the Developer and Platform Evangelism Group at Microsoft Corp). Day 2 is a hands on day providing the opportunity for you to build some code for Office and Vista.
In addition, we're investing a lot of effort into making the online experience as good as possible. So if you can't make it in person (either the event has filled or you don't like in the vicinity of Reading) then you'll still be able to join in the fun online. The keynote will be streamed live and recorded versions of all the sessions will be available for you to watch on the day. In addition, you'll be able to take part in the hand-on day 2 activities as well.
