Whew! - that title sure did take some time to type... Perhaps I will shorten this to XPESP2FP2k7 in future...

One of the really cool updates for XPESP2FP2k7 is the addition of a command line build tool, this can either be used in interactive mode (typing one command at a time - very similar to pulling components from the component database using Target Designer), or in a scripted mode where you can build a "response file" offline and then use this to pipe commands into the command line tool - this is awesome for daily builds.
