Windows CE Image Diff - Diag Tool.

Some of you reported problems with the Windows CE Image Diff Tool - I'd like to determine what's causing the problem and get this working.

I've written a diag tool that will walk the registry keys for Windows CE and then determine whether the tool can find the Windows CE MDB file, platform wizards and platform workspaces.
