Help ! - how do I get out of here ?

I had meetings today in building 122, all of the external parking spaces were taken (there were a couple of visitor parking spaces free, but it wouldn’t be right to snag one of those) – so I parked in the parking garage across the road from the building, all the first level spaces were taken so I ended up parking underground.

I parked my car, headed for the stairs and elevator and saw the following sign…

So, how do I get out of the garage, I obviously can’t use the stairs or elevator… looks like I’m trapped here for the afternoon…
