ok, I'm now checking for managed DLL's - the updated CEFileWiz application can be pulled down from here.

This utility supports creating components for the Platform Builder catalog for any applications, DLL's, or external files (bitmaps, wav files etc...), making adding new files or applications a point and click operation - no more hand editing BIB, DAT, REG files to add some simple files...
