Gartner has just released their latest iteration of the Magic Quadrant for

Sales Force Automation and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is solidly in the leaders quadrant.  Add this to the recent strong leadership showing in Forrester’s Wave study of CRM Suites and you can see the momentum growing in anticipation of the release of CRM 2011.
