My Favorite Features in Microsoft CRM 4.0


While I am sure that other bloggers will probably do some of their own and we will probably have some overlap. So with that in mind, here are some of my favorite new features in 4.0. As time permits, I will try to do a couple of these a week.

 

One of my favorites is the new support tools that you have available to you in the Outlook Client. Here is a screen shot of the synchronization troubleshooting area. Enjoy the pretty pictures. 🙂
