While this is not 100% Microsoft CRM, one of the oft forgotten areas of CRM is Field Service. And our ERP applications all have some VERY slick Field Service applications as a part of their suites. Attend this six day Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 Field Service Boot Camp to gain a deep, technical understanding of each of the applications of this module.
