Microsoft CRM Planning and Customization Documents

Ok… For those of you who read these documents in the Mid Atlantic Area, you better use these documents or something like them or better. 🙂 Not using documents like these, along with a Project Plan, Estimate and Status reports is a sure fire way to have a project crash faster than salesforce.com’s database servers. Nicely done, thank you for the oppurtunity.

Can you offer advice on how to become a CRM solution Specialist?  We are currently a Certified Partner, and would like some hints/study material.

    John,

Thanks for the note. CRM SSP is an internal title that microsoft gave me. I asked for VP of sanitation, but they said that title was taken. 🙂 There is a ton of information available to you. I would connect with Val Draper or Tom Pertzbor, who handle CRM for the Central Region.

    Hi Ben,

I’m need to modify Accounts to move the attachments out of Notes into a new tab called Attachments. I need this new tab to have the same properties as Notes. Can this be done?

    Regards
