As you all probably know... I ain't the brighest bulb in the pack, but there are a bunch of folks who are smarter than I who work here. One of them, Michael Rich from the West Coast SMS&P Organization wrote a great little utility for making DEMO's faster. 

If any of you do many demonstration, this is a must have tool. It will automatically pre-cache key components of MS CRM. 

There is a readme.txt file in the zip, but in a nutshell, run your VPC, copy the files to it, and run this from the command line (of the VPC).
