Get a Great Mentor For Your Team

One of the most critical steps when competing in Imagine Cup is putting together the best team possible and a great mentor can make a huge difference in a team’s success. A great mentor is someone who is at the top of their game, working and thriving in a technology career. A great mentor gives thoughtful and tough feedback that pushes his or her team to do more than they thought they were capable of. A great mentor can save his or her team a lot of time and frustration by guiding them to better solutions. A great mentor is someone who is pretty special, just like Imagine Cup Competitors.

If you’re looking for a great mentor who’s just a special as you, then look no further than the MVP Mentor Program! The MVP Mentor Program pairs Microsoft MVPs with technology students to inspire them to learn and master skills related to Microsoft technologies. Microsoft MVPs are exceptional, independent community leaders who share their passion, technical expertise, and real-world knowledge with others. Today, there are nearly 4,000 MVPs worldwide from over 90 countries, who speak over 40 languages, and are experts in over 90 Microsoft technologies.

The MVP Mentor Program matches these exceptional MVPs with competitors based on the specific needs of the competitors and the expertise of the MVP. When you’re paired with the perfect mentor, great things can happen. In fact, three of the gold medals from last year’s competition went to teams who had a MVP Mentor.
