The time spent before on traveling is current optimised serving customers. Wiltshire Council’s integration of Office 365 and Lync allows teams to work in a more connected way.
In example, questions arising at a member meeting with counsellors could be handled immediately by connecting via Lync with team members back at the county hall that worked in the business area and could provide the needed insight immediately.
