  1. Steven Martin says:

I purchased the MOS 2016 Study Guide for Microsoft Excel Expert. As of Objective 3, the answer sheets don’t match up with the exercises. Is their an update available to download or how do I go about applying for a refund?

    1. Hi Steven –

We’ve reviewed these files and they appear to be correctly matched. Some of the files for Objective 3 and Objective 4 have multiple worksheets, and in some cases a different worksheet is active in the _results file. You may find it necessary to select a specific worksheet to see the results you’re looking for.

If you’re seeing something different, or have comments on specific items that are wrong, please let us know. We want to make sure we have accurate information in our books and that our customers are happy with our products.
