First of all, thanks for the eBook.
Can we have MS Press in Kindle format (.mobi or .awz)?
It is much better reading books on Kindle than in PDF.
I know there are some tools and website converts PDF to Kindle format, but I hope from MS Press to consider Kindle as one of the standard format for its books.

Joey, yes and no. Yes, you could use is as simple hosting. However, you have a number of options in how to access the data via services that you wouldn't normally have with regular hosting. For example, you can use Azure for your organization's SSO. I recommend that you really take your time to read the document to understand more how it differs from regular hosting.
