Correction: Figure 1-1 in Professional Scrum Development with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012

We wanted to let you know that we were not happy with the version of Figure 1-1, Scrum in a Nutshell, that we shipped in Professional Scrum Development with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 (ISBN 9780735657984). The figure as shipped did not illustrate the Scrum process as clearly as it might. We have an improved figure (below) and will be updating the figure in the book the next time it reprints.
