Our new anonymous survey is live!

Friends, tell us what you like, dislike, want, don’t want, are grateful for, abhor. We’ve done away with the old clunky survey some of you might remember. Our crisper, cleaner, and shorter survey is here: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/booksurvey. We take feedback delivered via the survey as seriously or more seriously than all other kinds of feedback we track down in the world (reviews, tweets, etc.).

Here’s a sample page from the new survey:

By the way, this is one of the few pages in the survey that asks anything about you or your goals. This page is intended to let us know whether we’re describing the uses of our books correctly.

Please give us feedback to let us know how we can improve our books for you. Thank you!

  1. Any book gifted for this help? 😉

  2. Peter Jacobs says:

The book is excellent but its construction (binding) is a failure. I am a supplier of library equipment and book repair consumables and I had some concerns at time of purchase about the book holding together. Alas, those concerns are correct, it is now constantly being repaired with cello tape. Such a pity.

    Peter in Australia.
