When it will be available in india ? ..

  3. Si says:

Do you have an update on when this book is to be available? Amazon had a date of 15th April, but it doesn’t seem to be available as yet. I am eagerly awaiting it!!

  4. Hi, everybody.  Amazon lists what we call "First Commercial Ship Date" = the date on which the book is available to ship from our distributor’s warehouse.  That’s not the date Amazon receives the books, which is usually at least a week after FCSD.  So, in this case, that would be April 22.  Almost there!

  5. Amazon is now listing the book as "in stock" on April 25.

  6. Morten Haahr says:

Where can I see the TOC ? its not on microsoft page which you link to.

  7. Hi, Morten.  We’ll be posting book excerpts, including TOC, from this book next week.  We’re posting material from some earlier books first.  Thanks for your interest!

  8. Kerry says:

The Exam Prep that comes on the CD with it is shocking! It asks questions that are not in the section that you choose and some of them are not covered in the book at all!
