MultiPoint CTP
For over 20 years, students have been limited to only one mouse and one cursor on the PC. There is no better place than an emerging markets classroom, where the student to PC ratio is well above 40:1, to understand the limitations of this setup for students and education. MSR India developed MultiPoint technology, formerly known as MultiMouse, to support multiple-mice with unique on-screen cursors on a single PC session.
They discovered the technology enabled students in India classrooms to work together in teams, learn in a collaborative environment, and have more time on the PC than ever before- all of which are critical learning conditions for success in the 21st century. Students in this test also preferred the multiple-mouse setup over the status quo one mouse environment.
