With the launch of Microsoft Learning Solutions in volume licensing and significant advancements in our e-learning product offerings, Microsoft E-Learning Library (MELL) will no longer be available for purchase effective July 1, 2006. Qualifying MELL customers with active subscriptions will be invited to migrate, free of charge to either Microsoft Official E-Learning or Microsoft E-Reference Libraries for a minimum of six months, or through the end of their MELL contract.
This migration presents a unique opportunity to offer qualifying MELL customers free access to our fully hosted, flexible, and easy to access e-learning solutions. Here is what migrating customers will receive, and why they’ll be excited about these new offerings:
Microsoft Official E-Learning* features the most up-to-date content available straight from the source. These visually engaging, guided courses deliver the technical skills administrative and support staff, IT Professionals and Developers need to know about Microsoft technologies in a self-paced format that includes hours of real-world hands-on practice labs. https://www.microsoft.com/learning/mls/default.mspx
* For qualifying MELL Desktop customers (includes Desktop Library plus Business Skills Library)
Microsoft E-Reference Libraries* are online searchable collections of leading reference titles that enable customers to quickly find relevant, just-in-time information on Microsoft products and technologies. Libraries are broken down by profession, providing flexibility and choice for resource savings and time efficiency, from the best publishers including MS Press, O’Reilly, Addison-Wesley, and more.
