Microsoft Dynamics Partner Registration Agreement (PRA)

For partners who focus on Microsoft Dynamics products but have not signed the Solution Provider Agreement (SPA), or who do not participate in the CRM Software Advisor program, the Microsoft Dynamics Partner Registration Agreement provides access to benefits, such as PartnerSource and development and demonstration licenses for their choice of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or Microsoft Dynamics C5 (licenses for other MBS solutions are available via MSDN). This agreement is primarily for independent software vendors (ISVs), hosting partners with the Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA), Certified Partners for Learning Solutions, and Systems Integrators.
