The new Task Recorder for Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 SP1/SP2 is delivered as a standalone installation and not, as previously provided, as part of the Partner Productivity Tools with the Rapid Configuration Tool.

The Task Recorder for Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 SP1/SP2 is a tool that records user activities in Microsoft Dynamics AX4.0 and creates documentation and workflows based on the recordings. The tool is able to create documentation in several Microsoft Office system formats, including training-oriented documentation in Microsoft Office Word, presentation content in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, and process-oriented documentation in Microsoft Office Visio.
