Over the course of fiscal year 2009 (FY09), the Microsoft Dynamics team in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) are offering a group of trainings designed to dramatically improve partners’ profitability and to grow their Microsoft Dynamics knowledge. The Business Excellence training programs are open to all regions.
The Business Excellence programs have been designed and tailored for Owners or Senior Executives of Microsoft Dynamics partners, sales managers and sales staff, project managers, and consultants who are determined to increase their knowledge on how to control a Microsoft Dynamics project from pre-sales through customer sign off by identifying and managing project risks. Using a business case, financial drivers, and ROI calculations, the trainings help you to prove your case and the cost effectiveness of your proposal, and then position yourself and your company against your competitors by setting appropriate annual objectives for growth, headcount, revenue, EBITDA, locations, and branding. The plan for this FY09 is to deliver trainings every quarter to meet Partners’ requirements. Business Excellence Trainings include the following subjects:
