The final countdown to the release of Visual Studio 2015 and Windows 10

We are just moments away from Visual Studio 2015 releasing on July 20 and Windows 10, the Windows 10 SDK andthe Visual Studio Universal Windows app development tools releasing on July 29!

You’ll notice that Visual Studio 2015 will be available several days before the final version of the Windows 10 SDK and Universal Windows App Tools. During that brief gap, the release version of VS 2015 will not work with the pre-release versions of the Windows 10 SDK and Universal Windows app tools so you won’t be able to develop a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app. Take a look at this post for details.

On July 20th we will celebrate the final release of Visual Studio 2015! We invite you to join us online to learn about the new features and technologies coming with this release.
